Our returns policy
We will refund any item you are unhappy with, if you return the items in its original condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
Exchanges
Resins-Online will exchange the product for a substitute within 28 working days. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply.
Returns delivery charges
If you wish to return a non-faulty item this will be at your cost. Resins-Online will cover the cost to return faulty items; you will need to contact our Customer Service team to organise this.
Conditions of returns
All returns/exchanges must be in original sold condition in original packaging, in compliance with our Terms & Conditions. Any worn, damaged or used items will not be eligible for return.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot refund items that have been made to order/ tailored to your specific needs or items that have been used.
