Robnor ResinLab PX439XS is a rigid, thermally conductive epoxy resin with excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability. PX439XS is compatible with most circuit board components and materials over a wide temperature range. The combination of properties and the ease of use of the material will lend itself to a wide range of electrical insulation applications.
